We're taking a short break this August — both to recharge and to stay in tune with the latest international coffee trends. Here's everything you need to know about our summer schedule:

📦 Last production days: August 8–9
🕛 Orders cut-off: August 7 at 12:00 PM (CET)
🚚 Final shipping before the break: Monday, August 11

☕ The roastery will be closed from August 11 to 21.

We’ll fire up the roaster again on August 22–23, with shipping resuming on August 25.
🕛 Order cut-off for the first post-break batch: August 21 at 11:00 PM (CET)

In June, we had the pleasure of joining the Mystery Coffee League—a fun and interactive challenge where a community of coffee enthusiasts from across Europe tries to identify the “mystery coffee” of the month. The shared passion and curiosity make it an exciting experience for everyone involved.

We will be operational during the upcoming National Holidays in 2025:

• Easter weekend: roasting on April 18th, with shipping on Tuesday, April 22nd. The cutoff for orders is the evening of the 17th.
• Liberation Day on April 25th will have no changes to our working schedule.
• May 1st, Labor Day, will see no changes.
• On June 2nd, Republic Day, we will be closed just for the day.

--  Closed for 1 week in May, from the 22nd to the 29th, because we all need some time to recharge!   --

Due to a significant increase in demand, we occasionally reach full capacity and may need to pause new orders during certain weeks.

To ensure clarity, please check the "Roast and Ship" dates on the product pages before placing your order. And please send your order asap, don't wait till Friday <3

We're having some changes on the production dates over Christmas period.

We'll be roasting:  

• December 13-14, shipping on Monday 16 (last shipment before Christmas) - international deliveries not guaranteed by Christmas -

• December 20-21, shipping on Monday 23 (last shipment before the End of the Year) - international deliveries not guaranteed by December 31 -

----- Closed for Christmas Holidays from Dec 24 to January 1 -----

• The first production days of 2025 will be January 2-3, shipping on January 7 (cut-off January 2, 11 AM CET) - (January 6 is public holiday)
